We keep our groups small so every swimmer gets the focus they deserve. Led by former Division 1 athletes, we deliver hands-on corrections, personalized feedback, and goal-driven training that helps each athlete level up—no one gets lost in the crowd.

Meet The Team

I’ve spent my life in the water—swimming, playing water polo, and eventually choosing to swim D1 at Cal Poly, where I was team captain and later coached the team. Since then, I’ve coached athletes of all ages, from beginners just learning to swim to middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes—always with one goal in mind: train with purpose.

My coaching philosophy is all about specificity—reverse engineering every workout to create measurable results. I believe that mobility, stability, and strength outside the pool are just as important as the work done in the water. This approach keeps athletes strong, resilient, and injury-free so they can focus on what they love—swimming fast.
